Riverside Care Complex is a Family managed care home providing bespoke care within 8 acres of countryside on the outskirts of historic York.
This care home provides Residential Care for the elderly in Derwent House and also has a modern, purpose built, community that has been specifically designed to provide high-quality residential care in Riverview Lodge. Our team of specialist and dedicated staff focus on the individual needs of our residents and offer person centred care. They are committed to providing dignified and individually tailored care with the resident at the heart of everything we do.
The home features 63 En-Suite Bedrooms all furnished to a very high standard.
Accommodation is offered in bright, spacious single rooms. All rooms have TV connectivity and call system. Communal areas comprise of lounges and dining areas, a reception area and a conservatory. Varied menus are served and specialist diets are catered for.

We routinely hold meetings for residents and families to attend so we can receive your feedback and refine the care we provide in every way. We actively encourage families to engage in our community and take an active part in the care we provide for loved ones.
